  • Unless we make a different plan, everyone should wear their travel gear to school.
  • For home games we need to be in the gym one hour before the scheduled tip-off.
  • For away games we will have a walk-through before getting on the bus.

Pre-Game Plans and Warm-Up (warm-ups begin 10 mins before game)

  • Get dressed at half-time of the game before (or earlier).
  • Meet in the locker room once the fourth quarter (of the prior game) begins.

Half-Time Plan (10 mins)

  • 10:00-8:00 Players in the locker room alone. Use the bathroom, rest, and rehydrate.
  • 8:00-2:00 Adjustments and plans for 2nd half.
  • 2:00-00:00 Everyone on the bench. Stretch and get loose. Stay off the court. Save your energy and focus on getting ready for the 2nd half.

End of Game (if playing before the Boys team)

  • If at home – join in the cheer tunnel.
  • Then get to the locker room for a quick talk. Everyone stays dressed until the Coaches have talked with the team.
